Returns & Refunds Policy
At Yulong Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic, we prepare and supply products of a medical and personalised nature.
For safety, hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once items have left the clinic,
except in cases of a confirmed error by us.
1. General Policy
This policy protects the integrity of herbal formulas and therapeutic products, and safeguards all patients.
If we make a gross mistake (e.g., wrong item or quantity), we will correct it promptly.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
• Custom herbal prescriptions and teas
• Opened or used bottles, powders, capsules, or extracts
• Acupuncture needles, moxa and other consumables
• Gift vouchers and digital downloads
• Services, consultations and treatments already performed
3. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
[email protected] or +31 6 11 84 15 07.
Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
If the error is ours, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
4. Appointment Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full consultation fee, as your reserved time cannot be reassigned easily.
5. Exceptions
We may make exceptions where required by law or in rare circumstances such as:
• A confirmed delivery mistake by Yulong TCM
• A product defect identified immediately upon receipt
• Legal obligations under Dutch/EU consumer law
