Each practice is explained in detail, including which meridians are involved, what qualities are being cultivated, and which inner states may be awakened.

Yoga has been an essential part of my daily life for many years. It has helped me overcome physical challenges, restore a connection with myself, and find moments of calm within the chaos of everyday life. The creation of this system was a natural expression of my love for yoga and for the healing wisdom of the East.

Some of you may remember my earlier, more humorous projects — Yoga with Cats and Yoga with Dogs — which were even translated into Arabic and published in Egypt. Yin Qi Yoga is something entirely different. It is a deep, soulful guide created to help you restore balance, feel the flow of energy, and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your own body.

This book is an invitation to slow down, to listen inwardly, and to approach movement, stillness, and awareness as one unified practice.
